Key Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify key players, trends, and opportunities within the UAE universities and research center market. Analyze market dynamics, including competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and customer preferences, to develop effective business strategies. Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the needs and priorities of the UAE academic sector. Identify potential clients and partners within universities and research centers, building and nurturing relationships to drive business growth. Implement door-to-door sales strategies where applicable, targeting specific institutions or departments to promote products or services directly. Promotion and Marketing: Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing tools to promote products or services to the target audience effectively. Develop engaging content and campaigns to raise brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions within the UAE academic community. Partnership Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including university administrators, faculty members, and research center directors, to understand their needs and align offerings accordingly. Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and clear deliverables for all parties involved. Customer Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction. Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and anticipate future needs. Market Expansion: Explore opportunities to expand business reach beyond the UAE universities and research center market, leveraging networks and partnerships to enter new markets or sectors. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred. Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a focus on the academic or research sector. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and analytics tools. Familiarity with the UAE academic landscape, including universities, research centers, and funding agencies.
