Position Overview
This role leads the development of ADNOC Offshore's AI strategy, data analytics platforms, and predictive modeling solutions. Responsibilities include creating scalable AI systems, applying machine learning and advanced analytics to operational challenges, and driving innovation to improve production and safety performance.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ADNOC Offshore's AI strategy and guidelines for exploration, development, and production operations.
• Design and implement scalable AI models for predictive maintenance, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct advanced data analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning applications using Python, R, and big data frameworks.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data from various sources to build robust predictive and prescriptive models.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to deploy AI solutions across business functions and ensure organizational readiness.
• Conduct market surveys to identify and evaluate AI and data analytics technologies relevant to oil and gas operations.
• Lead initiatives for building internal AI and data science capabilities and mentor new data scientists.
• Ensure adherence to ADNOC HSE standards and sustainability guidelines during implementation of AI solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Petroleum Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in AI, data analytics, and software development in oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras), big data tools (Hadoop, Spark), and programming languages (Python, R, SQL).
• Proficiency in advanced analytics, data visualization tools (Tableau, Spotfire), and BI solutions.
• Hands-on experience in designing AI solutions for predictive modeling, optimization, and natural language processing.
• International certifications in project management or technology implementation are desirable.
