Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and customer behavior to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Translate business goals into functional and technical requirements for digital teams.
- Lead end-to-end analysis for new features, UX/UI improvements, and campaign performance.
- Partner with product, marketing, and tech teams to enhance site performance and customer journey.
- Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports (GA4, Power BI, Shopify, etc.).
- Support strategic initiatives such as personalization, CRO, and omnichannel integrations.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market intelligence to guide business decisions.
