Key Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repair works (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry)
Attend to breakdowns, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks
Inspect building facilities and report faults or safety concerns
Replace fixtures such as lights, switches, locks, taps, and sanitary fittings
Assist in emergency maintenance and urgent repair works
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards
Coordinate with supervisors and report completed tasks
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Building Handyman or Maintenance Technician
Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting works
Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor building issues
Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of safety practices
