Perform routine inspections of buildings and facilities.
Repair minor plumbing issues (leaks, clogged drains, etc.).
Fix or replace broken fixtures, such as door handles, hinges, locks, and lights.
Perform basic electrical work (changing bulbs, switches, etc.).
HVAC & Electrical Systems Support:
Assist in maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Report major faults to specialized technicians or supervisors.
Painting & Carpentry:
Conduct touch-up painting and wall repairs.
Handle basic carpentry work like assembling furniture or repairing wooden structures.
Preventive Maintenance:
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
Ensure equipment and building systems operate safely and efficiently.
Emergency Response:
Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests.
Stay on-call for building emergencies if required.
Record Keeping:
Maintain logs of repairs, maintenance tasks, and work completed.
Tenant & Staff Interaction:
Address maintenance requests from tenants or employees politely and professionally.
Coordinate with external contractors when necessary.
