About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Brand & Operations Lead to build, scale, and standardize as a strong F&B brand.
This is not a routine restaurant manager role.
You will own the brand experience, consistency, and expansion readiness.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Building
Shape and protect brand identity across food, service, and customer experience
Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality across all branches
Develop and document brand standards & SOPs (food, service, hygiene)
Menu & Product Excellence
Work closely with chefs to:
Finalize core menu
Create signature items
Optimize menu for profitability (menu engineering)
Control food cost without compromising quality
Operations & Scalability
Design operations that are replicable and scalable
Prepare shop for:
Multi-branch expansion
Franchising or regional growth
Set clear KPIs for store performance, quality, and customer satisfaction
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
Build a culture of accountability and ownership
Evaluate performance and take corrective action when needed
Growth & Expansion
Support new store openings
Improve AOV, repeat customers, and online platform performance
Collaborate with marketing on launches and promotions

? Requirements
Must Have
Proven experience in building or scaling an F&B brand
Strong background in QSR / Fast Casual concepts
Deep understanding of food cost, operations, and customer experience
Hands-on leadership style (not desk-based)
Experience preparing brands for multi-branch expansion
Nice to Have
Experience in pizza or burger concepts
Experience in GCC / UAE market
Ability to communicate with multicultural teams
Arabic is a plus (not mandatory)

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
