We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Brand Manager to lead Cobblestone Energy's brand evolution. This role is pivotal in shaping our external reputation and internal culture as we grow in scale and complexity.
You will build and execute branding strategies that elevate our market presence, attract top-tier talent and business partners, and foster a strong, unified company identity. This is a strategic leadership role for someone ready to take full ownership of branding in a high-performance, global organization.

Responsibilities
Lead the strategic development and execution of Cobblestone Energy's brand identity across all external and internal touchpoints
Partner with leadership, HR, and commercial teams to ensure the brand strengthens recruitment, retention, and partnership outcomes
Oversee the full content strategy, ensuring storytelling, messaging, and visual branding consistently reflect our values and competitive positioning
Build and manage a high-performing brand function, including agencies and creative partners as needed
Use market research, data analytics, and competitor insights to inform branding decisions
Define and track KPIs to measure the success of brand initiatives across different audiences (talent, partners, internal teams)
Own Cobblestone's digital footprint (website, social platforms, etc.) and ensure it aligns with our evolving business objectives
Mentor junior team members, to build brand capability within the team
Requirements
4-10 years of proven experience in branding, marketing, or brand strategy, ideally in a fast-paced or global environment
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing senior decision-makers
Exceptional storytelling and creative direction skills, with experience overseeing content, campaigns, and brand assets
Deep understanding of employer branding, digital engagement, and brand-building in a B2B context
Familiarity with performance marketing, SEO, and analytics tools is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Previous experience in a high-growth, analytical, or tech-driven environment is a strong advantage
