What You'll Do

• Deliver excellent customer service by providing professional product knowledge and assistance
• Support day-to-day store operations, including duty management, opening and closing, and POS supervision
• Train new staff on POS procedures and resolve customer issues at checkout to ensure smooth operations
• Supervise stock receiving, display, and compliance with in-store merchandising standards
• Assist with stock takes, new store openings, and special events as required
• Ensure compliance with pricing and ticketing procedures to avoid losses and maintain transparency for customers
• Support training of sales assistants on brand merchandising principles to maintain brand integrity and corporate image
• Contribute to achieving annual sales and budgetary goals through effective operations support

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a supervisory or team-leading role
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of fashion retail, brand positioning, and current market trends
• Physically able to handle some heavy lifting and stand for extended periods (minimum 8 hours)
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure
