• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; conduct performance evaluations and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, handling inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-control strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotions and sales strategies that drive revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Strong track record in achieving financial targets and managing budgets.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a presentable personality and hospitality-focused approach.
• Ability to manage teams effectively and create a positive work culture.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, health, and safety compliance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
