What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as brand standards.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service excellence.
• Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate supply orders to control costs and reduce waste.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff, conducting regular evaluations and providing coaching.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and service excellence.
• Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience, handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
• Work with the F&B Operations Manager on budgeting, financial performance, and cost-control measures.
• Analyze restaurant performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing to design and execute promotions and sales initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Represent the restaurant professionally at community and industry events.
• Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations relevant to restaurant operations.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hospitality experience with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and operational goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency in restaurant management systems and MS Office.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
