Role Overview

We're looking for a driven and well-connected

Talent Booker

to join our team. This is a

commission-only

role, ideal for someone with a strong network in the UAE fashion and entertainment industry and a proven track record of closing bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Source and secure bookings for Paekar's talent across fashion, commercial, and entertainment projects. Build and maintain relationships with clients, production houses, brands, and casting directors. Negotiate rates, contracts, and schedules on behalf of talent. Collaborate with the agency team to match talent with suitable opportunities. Track and report sales performance and booking metrics.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in talent booking or agency work within the UAE. Strong industry network and client-facing skills. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
