Sales Executive (arabic Speaker – Commission Based + Basic Salary)
Job Description
We're Concept Six, a fast-growing social media agency based in Dubai. We're looking for a motivated Arabic-speaking Sales Executive who's ready to close deals, hit targets, and grow with us.
What's in it for you?
Basic Salary: AED 3,000
Commission: 15% per closed deal
Target: 5 new businesses onboarded per month
Leads provided by us -- warm, high-quality, and ready to close
CRM system access and full training
Arabic-speaking clients -- so Arabic is a must
Your Role:
Call and follow up with hot leads provided by our team
Present our social media and marketing services in a compelling way
Handle objections, follow up, and close the deal
Update CRM system daily with call notes and client progress
Hit the monthly target of 5 new onboarded clients
What We're Looking For:
Fluent Arabic speaker (English is a plus)
Sales experience (social media/digital services is a bonus)
Confident on calls, persuasive, and target-driven
Organized, responsive, and knows how to close
Based in UAE (preferably Dubai)
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Hybrid (Dubai or remote within UAE)
Compensation: Commission-Based with Basic Salary
