Are you confident, persuasive, and love talking to people? We're looking for a Real Estate Recruiter to help us grow our agent network by promoting our 100% commission model -- a game-changer in the Dubai real estate market.

This is a commission-only role -- perfect for people with a sales, recruitment, or telesales background who want full flexibility and high earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to real estate agents in Dubai Explain the benefits of our 100% commission model Handle objections and book intro meetings or Zoom calls Follow up professionally via WhatsApp (voice notes, messages, videos) Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes Hit weekly and monthly recruitment targets
Requirements

Strong spoken English and confident phone manner Experience in cold calling, telesales, or recruiting (preferred) Basic knowledge of the Dubai real estate market (a plus, not required) Comfortable working on a commission-only basis Self-motivated and target-driven
Commission Structure

AED 500 per agent signed (based on agent's experience level) Weekly payments available No cap on how much you can earn
