We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Holiday Home Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this commission-based role, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new holiday homes and vacation rental properties to expand our short-term and long-term rental portfolio.

You will actively reach out to property owners, landlords, and real estate contacts to introduce our rental solutions and build lasting partnerships. Your focus will be on finding suitable properties, negotiating owner agreements, and onboarding homes that align with our brand and guest expectations.

This is a performance-driven role ideal for self-starters who thrive on commission and enjoy networking within the real estate or hospitality space.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and acquire new holiday homes and vacation rental properties through direct outreach, referrals, and local networking. Pitch our rental service model to property owners, offering both short-term stays (vacation rentals) and long-term lease options. Build strong relationships with homeowners, landlords, and real estate investors to foster trust and close deals. Conduct virtual or on-site evaluations to assess property suitability for listing. Negotiate and finalize property agreements in line with company standards. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and onboarding process for newly acquired properties. Maintain detailed records of outreach, conversions, and commissions earned using CRM tools.

Ideal Candidate:

With or without experience in real estate, vacation rentals, property sourcing, or sales/business development. Strong communication and persuasion skills with a passion for deal-making. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently on a commission-only basis. Familiarity with platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, or VRBO is a plus. Existing network of property owners, agents, or landlords is a strong advantage.
