We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, create a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure guests have an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
Check identification to verify customers' age and prevent illegal alcohol consumption.
Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage cash register, process payments, and handle bills accurately.
Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Promote special offers, drinks, and events to guests.
Collaborate with the bar and restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.
Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems.
Knowledge of health and safety standards in a bar setting.
Certification in responsible alcohol service is preferred.
