POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Development Manager - B2B (CAC Business) is responsible for driving business growth and market penetration for commercial Air Conditioning solutions (VRF systems, chillers, AHUs, and energy-efficient HVAC technologies). The role focuses on building strategic relationships with customers, and key accounts to generate new business opportunities, influence specifications, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Area of Responsibility and Key Activities/Elements
Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand company's presence in the B2B CAC segment.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure large-scale projects through proactive engagement with customers
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, technical after-sales, and service team teams to deliver tailored solutions and value-driven proposals, and to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Provide regular, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to management.
  • Lead Specification, Pre-qualification and tendering processes with Clients.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Relevant experience(s) & duration
3-5 years relevant work experience within business development or B2B sales within the HVAC/CAC industry.
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Strong multi-tasking & project management skills, comfortable in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proven track record of winning large-scale projects and managing key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of VRF systems, chillers, and energy-efficient HVAC solutions.
  • Fluency in English; strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
