Digital Marketing Proficiency: o Implement and optimize digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. o Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies. 6. Influencer Marketing: o Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, with a focus on influencers in the UAE market. o Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to drive brand engagement. 7. Public Relations and Stakeholder Management: o Manage PR agency relationships to ensure effective media coverage and brand representation. o Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 8. Event Management: o Plan and execute marketing events and promotions to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. o Coordinate logistics, manage event budgets, and ensure successful event execution. 9. Flexibility and Adaptability: o Adapt marketing strategies to respond to changing market conditions and business needs. o Demonstrate flexibility in handling a variety of tasks and challenges. 10. Team Leadership: o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 marketing professionals. o Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Experience: xc2xb7 5-10 years experience in marketing within a fast-paced marketing environment.
