Develop and execute 360xc2xb0 brand marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and loyalty
Manage annual marketing budgets, allocate resources across campaigns, and track ROI
Plan and supervise integrated campaigns including ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store activations
Work closely with media agencies and vendors to secure cost-effective ad placements and out-of-home (OOH) visibility
Lead all promotional and seasonal event planning in coordination with brand custodians
Ensure brand consistency across visual communications, retail environments, and marketing assets
Coordinate with principals and internal teams to align on product launches, campaign messaging, and regional adaptation
Implement loyalty and CRM campaigns in collaboration with Club Apparel and data teams
Source and analyze market intelligence, conduct customer behavior research, and use insights to shape strategies
Manage cross-promotional partnerships and public relations initiatives with malls and media outlets
Required Skills and Experience
6-10 years of experience in brand management and integrated marketing, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle retail industry
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong understanding of branding, product positioning, and media mix planning
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners
Proficiency in planning seasonal marketing calendars, event execution, and visual merchandising alignment
Data-driven with hands-on experience in customer insight analytics and campaign measurement
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic retail environment
