The profile will oversee the full lifecycle of product development-- from concept to market
launch--while managing brand positioning, marketing strategy, and retail adaptation. The
Manager will be supported by one Wholesale Coordinator and will play a pivotal role in
developing the company's luxury business portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Innovation
Lead the development of bespoke and branded luxury products in collaboration with
international brand partners, suppliers, and clients.
Manage the full product lifecycle: concept design, sourcing, sampling, production,
packaging, and delivery.
Ensure all products meet luxury quality standards, timelines, and brand guidelines.
Anticipate and adapt to market trends, consumer insights, and competitive
positioning.
Marketing & Brand Strategy
Define and execute marketing strategies to position new luxury products with high-
profile clients.
Develop storytelling, campaigns, and activation strategies to reinforce product
exclusivity and desirability.
Collaborate with retail and wholesale partners to ensure consistent brand messaging
and visual merchandising.
Manage content creation (photoshoots, lookbooks, product assets) for launches and
presentations.
Client & Business Development
Build and nurture relationships with high-profile clients and retail partners.
Identify opportunities to expand into new categories or tailor products for bespoke
projects.
Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and international brand
events.
Negotiate and secure agreements with suppliers, partners, and collaborators.
Project Management & Operations
Oversee multiple product development projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines,
budgets, and quality are met.
Coordinate closely with internal teams and the Wholesale Coordinator for smooth
execution of orders, logistics, and after-sales service.
Monitor sales, collect feedback, and prepare reports for management on performance
and growth opportunities.
Implement efficient processes to streamline project delivery and cross-functional
collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 6-8 years' experience in
luxury retail, product development, and
marketing
.
Proven track record of launching and managing luxury products or collections.
Strong knowledge of
Middle East luxury retail market
and experience with high-
profile clientele.
Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders and
timelines.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with a flair for luxury brand storytelling.
Fluency in English required; Arabic and/or French is a plus.
Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
