Asst. Marketing Manager
Position: Asst. Marketing Manager

Reports to: Marketing Manager / Director of Marketing
Job Summary:
The Asst. Marketing Manager will support the Marketing Manager in developing, implementing, and tracking marketing strategies and campaigns. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales objectives across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and calendars.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Draft, proofread, and publish compelling copy for marketing materials, including email campaigns, website content, brochures, and advertisements.
• Assist in the analysis of marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data; prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors (e.g., printers, designers, PR firms).
• Support the planning and execution of promotional events, from conception to post-event analysis.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of expenses.
• Oversee the maintenance and SEO of the company website.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Proven experience with social media management and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
• Creative thinker with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
