This role comes under our X Dubai Umbrella and will be responsible for coordinating schedules, tracking progress, ensuring timely follow-ups, and reporting key updates directly to the EVP overseeing the portfolio. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track timelines for projects within the portfolio, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Maintain and manage centralized scheduling across multiple projects.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders and project teams on deliverables and status updates.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for review by the VP and other senior stakeholders.
• Support the VP with strategic planning sessions, meetings, and documentation related to the portfolio.
• Maintain a clear overview of project statuses, risks, and dependencies.
• Assist with resource planning, prioritization, and documentation related to scope or change requests.
• Ensure alignment of project activities with broader business goals and timelines.
• Identify bottlenecks or delays and escalate to the appropriate stakeholder(s) when necessary.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams within the portfolio

Qualifications:
Preferred Educational Qualifications And Professional Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
PMP
Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, executive support, or PMO functions
