We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Projects Management specializing in Civil Infrastructure to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee complex civil infrastructure projects, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion.

• Develop and implement strategic project management plans for large-scale civil infrastructure initiatives
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and make decisive actions to resolve issues
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align project goals with organizational objectives
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
• Analyze project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards, as well as UAE construction regulations
• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in project management and civil engineering
• Contribute to business development efforts by participating in proposal preparations and client presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree in Project Management or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 18 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and civil engineering principles
• Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Excellent risk management, budgeting, and cost control skills
• Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring diverse teams
• Superior communication and stakeholder management skills
• In-depth understanding of construction management processes and best practices
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Visionary approach to project planning and execution
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
