Job Purpose

The Assistant Sales Manager supports the sales leadership in driving revenue through real estate transactions, with a focus on

land and developer-based sales

. The role involves assisting in sales execution, managing client relationships, coordinating the sales team, and ensuring smooth deal closures while maintaining high professional and compliance standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Support

Assist in executing sales strategies aligned with company revenue targets. Support the sales team in closing real estate transactions, including negotiations and follow-ups. Manage daily sales activities, pipelines, and client follow-ups. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the sales process.
Client & Developer Relationship Management

Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and developers. Assist in sourcing and onboarding new clients and developer accounts. Understand client requirements, budgets, and investment objectives. Coordinate meetings, site visits, and presentations.
Team Coordination & Supervision

Support the Sales Manager / Director of Sales in supervising sales executives and brokers. Monitor individual targets, lead follow-ups, and conversion ratios. Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members. Ensure adherence to company sales processes and ethical standards.
Market Research & Reporting

Track market trends, pricing, competitor activity, and demand drivers. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management. Identify potential opportunities and gaps within the market.
Lead Management & Business Development

Support lead generation activities and manage inbound/outbound leads. Qualify prospects and allocate leads to the appropriate sales team members. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and deal summaries.
Key Requirements

Proven experience in

real estate sales

(minimum 3-5 years preferred). Experience in

land sales or developer-focused transactions

is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market. Experience supporting or leading a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
