About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive
Assistant Sales Manager
to support our sales department in driving growth within the outdoor media sector. The ideal candidate will assist the Sales Manager in managing client accounts, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the sales team meets its objectives. Immediate joiners with a valid UAE driving license will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Strategy Execution
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies for outdoor media solutions.
Monitor sales performance and report progress to the Sales Manager.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance.
Client Relationship Management
Support key client accounts and nurture strong client relationships.
Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
Help resolve customer issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Sales Reporting & Analytics
Track and analyze sales data using CRM tools to monitor pipelines and performance.
Prepare reports and assist in forecasting sales trends and projections.
Provide data-driven insights to improve sales effectiveness.
Team Coordination & Support
Coordinate between the sales team and other departments for smooth operations.
Assist in training and developing junior sales staff.
Help set team goals, KPIs, and track performance metrics.
Market Research & Business Development
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Assist in identifying emerging trends in outdoor media and advertising.
Support lead generation and prospecting efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience
in sales, preferably B2B, in outdoor/OOH advertising, media, or signage.
Proven ability to support sales teams in achieving targets and managing client accounts.
Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the UAE advertising market is preferred.
