Job Description

Responsibilities
1.Conduct steel product trading through negotiations with domestic and international customers and suppliers
2.Engage in sales activities both in Japan and overseas, including developing new markets and acquiring new clients
3.Manage import/export operations, including contract preparation, shipment and delivery schedule control, and verification of trade documents
4.Analyze market trends, conduct price negotiations, and coordinate supply and demand
5.Visit existing clients regularly to build relationships and provide ongoing support
6.Assist to manage budgets, prepare sales forecasts and create sales reports
7.Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, accounting, and legal to ensure smooth project execution
8.Address issues related to quality, delivery, and cost, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
9.Oversee product line to maximize sales revenues & coverage to meet corporate objectives.
10.Evaluate costs to determine their products' pricing when selling to customers.
Requirements:
1.University Degree/Diploma
2.Minimum 2 years of sales experience
3.3 years of experience of steel trading business
4.Strategic thinking
5.Analytical skills
6.Proactive approach to external and internal concerned persons
