Assistant Sales Manager Job Summary: The Assistant Sales Manager will support the Sales Manager in leading the sales team to achieve targets. This role involves developing new business, maintaining client relationships, and possessing in-depth knowledge of signage products and solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in setting sales targets and developing strategic sales plans for the signage division.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, contractors, branding agencies, and corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals for complex signage projects.
Mentor and motivate the sales team, providing training on signage products and sales techniques.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the production and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting targets in the signage industry.
Strong technical knowledge of signage types, materials, fabrication processes, and installation.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
