Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Platform Support
Respond to customer and candidate inquiries via email, chat, or phone
Assist users with platform navigation, account issues, and general questions
Maintain a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented communication style
Escalate technical or complex issues when required
Administrative & Assistant Duties
Provide daily operational and administrative support to the platform owner
Manage data entry tasks and system updates
Organize candidate information and maintain accurate records
Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned (scheduling, follow-ups, reporting, etc.)
Recruitment & Talent Operations
Upload CVs and candidate profiles to the system
Update candidate records, statuses, and job matches
Conduct initial candidate phone screenings
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates when required
Assist with basic recruitment tasks and talent pipeline management
Requirements
Previous experience in
customer service, administrative support, or recruitment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone
Basic understanding of recruitment processes (screening, CV handling, follow-ups)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work independently
Comfortable using online platforms, CRMs, or ATS systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with talent platforms, HR systems, or recruitment agencies
Familiarity with CV screening and candidate databases
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
