Position Overview
Jumeirah Al Naseem is currently seeking a highly organized and service-driven Assistant Manager - Housekeeping to join its luxury beachfront property in Dubai. This role is ideal for a UAE National with a passion for maintaining world-class hospitality standards and leading teams within a five-star hotel environment.

What You'll Do

• Supervise housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness standards are met and equipment is maintained across guest rooms and public areas
• Handle guest feedback and coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to manage room readiness and maintenance efficiently
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and customer service protocols in line with five-star hospitality expectations
• Oversee team performance including punctuality, uniform standards, and productivity; conduct regular performance appraisals and staff development plans
• Lead training initiatives, ensuring completion of monthly hours and supporting continuous learning across the department
• Maintain department records, manage documentation, and assist in planning and follow-up of operational needs

Ideal Profile

• UAE National in accordance with government employment programs
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or junior management housekeeping role within a luxury hotel
• Diploma in Hotel Operations, Hotel Management, or a related hospitality qualification
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera PMS (Cloud), and HotSoS preferred
