What You'll Do

• Supervise, coach, and develop the housekeeping and laundry team to maintain exceptional cleanliness and service.
• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations meet brand standards consistently.
• Manage housekeeping and laundry supplies, optimizing inventory levels and minimizing waste.
• Support sustainability initiatives through eco-friendly practices and resource management.
• Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and maximizing departmental profitability.
• Address and manage special requests from VIPs, repeat guests, and club members.
• Lead and participate in deep cleaning projects and assist staff during peak times.
• Educate the team on safety standards and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain smooth daily operations, fostering collaboration with other departments.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping or related roles within upscale hotels.
• Proven supervisory experience with strong leadership and training skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate a multicultural team.
• Business acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility to handle peak business periods.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
