What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service, handle complex situations effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist the Store Manager in daily operational tasks, including sales monitoring and inventory control.
• Train and mentor new employees on store processes, products, and POS operations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge to drive add-on sales and meet customer project needs.
• Oversee receiving and delivery processes, ensuring accurate procedures and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage in-store cash handling and banking activities with high accuracy and compliance to company policies.
• Uphold store presentation and operational standards at all times.

Ideal Profile

• High school education or higher.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in retail or a supervisory role within the service industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Knowledge of POS systems and retail operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
