Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Bar Manager in the heart of Dubai's vibrant hospitality scene! We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to help lead our bar operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations and staff management
Develop and implement innovative beverage menus, incorporating local ingredients and global trends
Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation
Train and mentor bar staff to improve their skills and product knowledge
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
Assist in managing bar finances, including budgeting and cost control
Collaborate with other departments to support events and promotions
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Implement and maintain quality control measures for all beverages served
Qualifications
College Diploma in Hotel Management, Event Management, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Food & Beverage or Bar leadership role
Proven track record of excellent guest service and sales skills
Strong knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and craft cocktails
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in bar management software and point-of-sale systems
Strong inventory management and cost control abilities
Food safety and alcohol service certifications (e.g., ServSafe)
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
