Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Bar Manager located in Dubai. The Assistant Bar Manager will oversee the bar's day-to-day operations, including customer service, managing the food & beverage inventory, training staff, driving sales, and ensuring a high level of communication within the team.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Food & Beverage management Training skills Sales skills Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Knowledge of hospitality industry standards Previous experience in Eastern or Western European operations Supervise bar staff and ensure that quality products and high-standard service are provided During service, ensure that the staff are knowledgeable about the menu, daily specials, are courteous to guests, and are following correct S&S procedures, using correct glasses, garnishes are used, checking ID's, etc..
