This role combines hands-on mixology expertise with leadership, guest engagement, and staff training to elevate the bar's performance and reputation. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare signature cocktails and beverages consistently to brand and luxury service standards
• Lead bar operations while ensuring compliance with local licensing laws and responsible alcohol service
• Train and mentor junior bartenders and bar staff, sharing advanced mixology techniques and service etiquette
• Actively engage with guests to deliver a high-end personalized experience and gather real-time feedback
• Monitor quality control, bar hygiene, stock rotation, and presentation standards across all service hours
• Contribute to team development through performance reviews, feedback sessions, and internal development plans
• Communicate any service concerns, equipment issues, or guest feedback promptly to management

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star luxury hotel or premium standalone restaurant
• In-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails, along with food-pairing techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Micros POS, and Sevenrooms reservation platform
• Confident handling high-pressure service environments and resolving guest complaints
• Bilingual proficiency preferred - English plus Russian or a European language
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams in multicultural environments
