to support the operations of the bar at

. As the Assistant Bar Manager, you will support in leading daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving beverage innovation that aligns with our brand's elevated standards. Your leadership will play a vital role in training, development, and maintaining a positive, energetic, and high-performing team.

Key

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards. Lead, train, and develop the bar team to maintain high levels of performance, product knowledge, and hospitality. Oversee inventory control, stock rotation, and timely ordering of beverages and bar supplies. Contribute to the development of beverage menus and promotions, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic offerings. Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, ensuring full compliance with Dubai Municipality and internal protocols. Foster a positive work environment with a focus on teamwork, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Address guest feedback in a proactive and professional manner.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in a quality-driven bar or restaurant. Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, spirits, and bar operations. Demonstrated leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach. Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. * Prior UAE experience or experience within an international hospitality brand is advantageous.
