Assist the Bar Manager in delivering outstanding guest experiences by supporting day-to-day bar operations, driving efficiency, and maintaining high standards in service, safety, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service flow and quality.
Supervise, train, and motivate bar staff to uphold professional service.
Manage inventory, place orders, monitor stock levels, and support cost-control efforts.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health, safety, and legal standards.
Handle guest feedback and VIP requests promptly and professionally.
Support promotional activities, beverage menu updates, and event coordination.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of bartending or bar supervisory experience, ideally in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service capabilities.
Familiarity with bar operations, POS/cash handling, and stock management.
Knowledge of health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods.
