Arabic Telesales Agent For Healthcare Field

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional Telesales Agent to join our healthcare team in Dubai who will support the growth of our hospital by improving patient flow through effective outbound calling, appointment generation, and patient engagement. The ideal candidate will promote healthcare services, convert leads into visits, and ensure a smooth patient journey from inquiry to appointment while ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Patient Footfall & Appointment Generation



Make high-volume outbound calls to potential and existing patients to promote medical services, health checkups, and specialty consultations.

Convert leads into confirmed appointments, ensuring maximum booking rates.

Follow up with patients to reduce appointment cancellations and boost attendance.

Reactivate inactive patient lists through strategic outreach campaigns.

Promote seasonal health packages, new services, and doctor availability to increase clinic visits.

Coordinate with front desk/operations to ensure seamless patient scheduling and walk-in management.

Track patient show-up rates and take corrective action to improve footfall month-to-month.

Patient Engagement & Retention



Educate patients about ongoing promotions, new doctors, and special medical programs to drive repeat visits.

Manage patient concerns professionally and encourage them to choose our clinic for ongoing care.

Build long-term relationships to increase loyalty and referrals.

Lead Management & Reporting



Maintain accurate lead pipelines, call logs, and follow-up records in CRM tools.

Analyze lead conversion, no-show reasons, and call performance to recommend strategies for higher patient turnout.

Collaborate with marketing and operations to support campaigns targeting higher patient volumes.

Sales & Compliance



Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, bookings, and patient visits.

Ensure compliance with UAE telemarketing guidelines and patient data privacy regulations.

Qualifications



Arabic Speaker is required

Proven telesales/call center experience (healthcare clinic/hospital/insurance experience preferred).

Strong communication and persuasive skills with patient-focused approach.

Ability to handle large call volumes and meet aggressive footfall KPIs.

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
