Telesales Agent

What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls to potential clients from our database Promote and sell real estate services and investment opportunities Understand client needs and recommend tailored property solutions Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities Reconnect with past leads to reignite interest Stay updated on Ajman's property market, trends, and regulations Collaborate with team members to maximize sales success Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in telesales, call centers, or real estate sales Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills A customer-first mindset with the ability to offer customized solutions Proficiency in CRM tools and data entry Self-motivated and team-oriented Goal-driven with a proven record of meeting sales KPIs Knowledge of real estate laws and industry practices Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
