Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients in
Arabic and English
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and trial bookings
Schedule appointments and manage client bookings
Update CRM/customer data accurately
Provide excellent customer service and support
Coordinate with trainers and front desk team
Requirements
Fluent in
Arabic (mandatory)
and good English communication - Female only
Previous experience in call center, tele-calling, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Professional, polite, and goal-oriented attitude
Salary & Benefits
Salary:
AED 2,500-3,000 per month
