About the Role
Adam Vital Hospital is seeking a professional Call Center Agent who is fluent in Arabic to handle incoming calls, assist patients, and provide information about hospital services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, and appointments
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups with care and confidentiality
• Maintain patient records and update databases accurately
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments
• Follow hospital policies, procedures, and data privacy regulations

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken) - essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in call center or healthcare customer service is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or hospital management systems
• Professional, patient-focused, and detail-oriented
