Position Overview

Diseno Stairs Inc is seeking a motivated and professional

Arabic-Speaking Sales Agent

to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound sales communication, engage with clients in Arabic and English, and support customers throughout the project lifecycle--from first inquiry to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms Provide product knowledge and explain modern stair solutions clearly to clients Build and maintain strong relationships with both residential and commercial customers Follow up on warm leads and convert them into confirmed projects Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate with the design/installation teams Record client information and updates in CRM systems Attend on-site meetings when required Represent the company professionally during all communications

Requirements

Fluent Arabic speaker

(English proficiency required)

2+ years of experience in sales

, customer service, or related roles Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Professional appearance and confident phone etiquette Ability to understand basic technical information (training provided) Valid UAE residence visa Must be organized, reliable, and able to work independently
