We are a leading Food & Beverage group looking for a
Arabic-speaking Call Center Agent
to manage customer orders, delivery coordination, and support inquiries. We are seeking someone with strong communication skills who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls (Arabic & English)
Take delivery orders and enter them accurately into the system
Coordinate with branches, kitchen, and delivery teams
Resolve customer complaints professionally
Maintain call records and follow company service standards
Update customers on promotions and offers
Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)
Good communication skills in English
Call Center or Customer Service experience (F&B preferred)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic computer knowledge and POS handling
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
