We are seeking a professional and organized Arabic-speaking Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage front desk activities and maintain a tidy reception area
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Assist with scheduling meetings, booking travel, and calendar management
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Provide translation and communication support when needed (Arabic-English)
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Well-organized, with the ability to multitask
Professional appearance and attitude
