We are seeking a professional, well-organized, and presentable
Receptionist cum Admin Executive
to manage the front desk and provide administrative support across departments. This role involves being the face of the organization, ensuring smooth front office operations, and efficiently handling administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:Reception Management:
Greet visitors and guests warmly and direct them appropriately.
Manage the reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls efficiently.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a polite and professional manner.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor/guest passes.
Receive and distribute mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and waiting areas.
Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
Coordinate with external vendors (courier, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.).
Schedule meetings and appointments; assist in meeting room setup.
Maintain internal contact lists, employee directories, and administrative records.
Provide clerical support such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Assist HR or Accounts team with documentation, onboarding formalities, or record keeping when needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a receptionist/admin role.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable and professional appearance.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
