Job Title: Arabic Executive - Account Management & Client Relations
:
We are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Account Management & Client Relations Executive to manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain assigned client accounts
Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships
Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and service requests
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective service delivery
Prepare reports and updates related to client accounts
Support business growth through strong client relationship management
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or client relations
Fluent in Arabic (English is an advantage)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Having a valid driving license and own car is preferable
UAE market experience is an advantage
