Application Development Manager

Job Description
The Application Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Implementing application change requests
- Business application configuration
- Reviewing/approving solution design
- Managing/delivering projects related to CRM and core insurance system
- Selection of appropriate development tools
- Integration through middleware platform
- Application Support Management (L3 support, application training, etc.)
- Leadership and management of the Development team (coaching, mentoring, performance management, training, etc.)
- Stakeholder management
The Successful Applicant
The Application Development Manager will be/have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field of study
- 8+ of experience in Application Development, of which at least 3 years have been in a managerial role
- Proficiency in .NET framework - AJAX, JQuery, Node.js, .Net Core, MVC, Angular.js, Web API, Design Patterns, etc.
- Experience in SQL
- Experience in microservices architecture using Docker and Kubernetes
- Tech-savvy; passionate about applications and business solutions
- Excellent communications skills
- Be based in/willing to relocate to Jeddah
What's on Offer
The salary for the Application Development Manager will be between SAR 30,000-35,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits.
