Amenity Attender
Job Title: Amenity Attender
Department: Facilities / Housekeeping
Reports To: Facilities Manager / Head Housekeeper
Job Overview:
The Amenity Attender is responsible for the cleanliness, presentation, and stocking of all common area amenities within a facility, such as lounges, gyms, changing rooms, and restrooms. This role is essential for providing a positive and hygienic experience for residents, guests, or clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all amenity areas thoroughly and according to the established schedule.
• Replenish consumable supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, sanitizer, and drinking cups.
• Arrange furniture, equipment, and reading materials in lounges and common areas to maintain a tidy appearance.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed in the amenity areas.
• Clean and polish all glass surfaces, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, and dust all surfaces in common areas.
• Ensure gym equipment is wiped down and sanitized after use.
• Maintain an adequate stock of cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor of replenishment needs.
• Provide a courteous and helpful presence to users of the amenities.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a similar role is advantageous.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
• Attention to detail and a pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, honest, and possesses a positive attitude.
• Basic communication skills.
