The RoleJob descriptionBased on the continuous growth of the Aftermarket business for Shipboard LNG compressors within the Gas & Process Division. We are seeking a qualified and experienced candidate to be a part of success journey and contribute effectively to maintain the momentum.In this role you will be responsible for growing the GAP Aftermarket business specific to LNG customers in the region by selling the complete solution related to the customer needs.Maximize the sale of spare parts, upgrades and service solutions with profitable growth. Implement effective divisional Aftermarket sales strategies and assisting the Sales & Marketing Manager - Aftermarket to execute the overall objective of the division and regional service center.The main responsibilities and tasks including, but are not limited to:Perform SWOT analysis for the assigned market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers' feedback.In consultation with Sales and Marketing Manager, build and execute the plan in your respective region.Maintain highest possible customer relationship through proactive sales management strategy with regular and scheduled customer contacts & visits.Plan and organize sales activities, solution presentation...etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order.Cooperate with customer, collect customer's needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values.Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers.Report sales activities timely and accurately in CRM.Cooperate with GAP Product Companies and Packaging Centers to provide timely information and feedback to customers.Compile and submit monthly reports on sales, future prospect, lost orders and market competition to Sales and Marketing Manager.Continuously improve job required competence, personality, and behavior.Cooperate with Accounting Team to improve the performance of receivables & overdue.Create, maintain and update the data and tickets in the CRM system, i.e. machine install base clean-up, customer visit, quotation and order status update, etc.What you can expect from us?
