Key Responsibilities:

• To develop accurate, coordinated, and clash-free 3D structural models in alignment with project specifications, client requirements, and relevant standards to support engineering, estimation, and construction activities.
• Reviews and interprets design briefs, sketches, and specifications before commencing modeling tasks.
• Creates preliminary 3D structural models to support Business Development and Estimation requirements.
• Works under the guidance of the Engineering Manager to deliver quality modeling output.
• Coordinates structural models with architectural, civil, MEP, and steel/cladding models (in-house and third-party) to ensure compatibility.
• Reviews and integrates models and drawings from subcontractors (including structural steel) to eliminate discrepancies.
• Conducts site visits, when necessary, to gather information or verify conditions.
• Ensures only approved "Issued for Construction" models and related drawings are released to the Construction team.
• Organizes and archives completed models and associated drawings electronically in accordance with Engineering department policies.
• Maintains and updates the structural modeling library as needed.
• Capable of detailing structural components independently with minimal input from the Structural Designer.
• Ensures all models and extracted drawings adhere to project-specific requirements and internal Engineering standards.
• Supports the training and development of junior modeling or drafting staff.

Educational Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Strong mathematical and technical skills
Excellent teamwork, professional development mindset, and focus on process and execution excellence
Good communications skills in English
Strong computer skills and ability to work on multiple projects efficiently
