Support the HC lead in identifying training needs for business units and individual executive coaching and share with practice line leadership team.
Job evaluation & grading
Drive the goal-setting process across the business unit, advising managers on performance appraisals.
Partner with business units to establish employee performance goals and ensure regular reviews.
Facilitate orientation programs on the performance management process, promoting fairness and transparency.
Provide guidance to managers on managing poor performers and recognizing high performers.
Support the HC lead in identifying training needs and sharing them with leadership for development opportunities.
Design and lead change management initiatives to foster employee engagement and development.
