About the school
Nord Anglia International School Abu Dhabi (NAS Abu Dhabi) lies at the heart of the Emirate, on Al Reem Island. In August 2023, we will open the school\'s new, purpose-built campus to our first cohort of students and begin to do what Nord Anglia does best: make every moment at school count. About you
We\'d love to welcome the right person to NAS Abu Dhabi as part of our founding Marketing, Admissions and Communications team. The role of Admissions Assistant is to support an outstanding experience for parents and students throughout every stage of the Parent Experience Journey (PEJ). The day-to-day will include:
Providing administrative support to the admissions process from enquiry to application
Act as the first point of contact for admissions enquiries from potential or existing parents and organisations
Maintain accurate data in Salesforce, providing basic reports to support with metrics analysis
Support with marketing activities to raise the profile of the school
Gather and record feedback from both prospective and current parents through informal meetings and customer satisfaction surveys
Our ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 2 years\' experience in a customer service industry
High level of international and inter-cultural understanding
Native English-speaking professional
Selection Process
Applicants should submit a CV, letter of application and the details of two professional referees, one of which should be your current Line Manager.
